Child Care Partners

    • ITCC is participating in roundtable discussion groups in collaboration with State Department of Education Child Development Division and Region IX ACF Administrators of Child Care and Development Funds (CCDF) in conjunction with other CCDF Grantees.  The group meets quarterly, next meeting to take place June 27, 2008 at the Colusa Indian Colony.  Please call Kayla Olvera at ITCC’s Central office.
    • Sacramento Valley Indian Alliance (SacVia), the group was formed to assist Native Americans in Sacramento and surrounding counties with vital social services.  Website design in progress.
    • Appointed Member to the Sacramento Local Child Care & Development Planning Council. Every county in California has a Local Child Care & Development Planning Council, call the Central office for contact information of a specific county.  www.sac-lpc.org
    • Parent Voices is a grass-roots parent run organization fighting for every child’s right to quality, affordable child care.  www.parentvoices.org
